The award-winning Cobb portable barbecue can cook for up to 3 hours on only 8-10 pieces of charcoal, yet is hot enough (up to 600 degrees) to cook an 8-lb. chicken in about 1-1/2 hours. This cooker users convection oven heating, efficiently moving the air to maximize the heat, while marinating whatever is being cooked. The ingenious moat around the coals not only catches all the excess fat and juices but also acts as another cooking surface where vegetables can be baked or marinades and sauces can be placed to flavor the meat being cooked on the top.

Originally designed as an efficient and low cost cooker for rural Africa, the Cobb is perfect for RVs, boating, camping, tailgating, cabins, and virtually any outdoor activity. And the Cobb is super safe--it is virtually smokeless, with very low emission levels, while its insulated base is completely cold to the touch.
